Basic Access (Fundamentals and Workplace):
The two Fundamentals modules and three Workplace modules are 5 hours of content (they can be condensed to 3 hours if needed).

WORKPLACE MODULE 1: What Drives You
Discover what you prioritize in the workplace and how this affects your tendencies and preferences
Understand yourself in the context of other DiSC styles
Consider how to improve your workplace effectiveness
WORKPLACE MODULE 2: You and Other Styles
Discover your reactions to different DiSC styles
Identify what works for you and what challenges you when working with each style
Use the DiSC model to understand the people you work with
WORKPLACE MODULE 3: Build Better Relationships
Learn how others have bridged their differences using DiSC
Practice using DiSC to build more effective relationships at work
DiSC Management Modules
The 6 DiSC Management modules can be added to the Fundamentals and Workplace modules. The Management modules are an additional 5.5 hours of content (they can be condensed to 3 hours if needed).
