Master of influence

The Master of Influence workshop can be virtual or in person. The workshop is 2-4 hours, based on client need.

Leadership is intentional influence. Knowing how to motivate and enable others to change may be the most important leadership skill you'll ever acquire. Once you tap into the power of influence, you can reach out to help others work smarter, develop faster, live better, and improve the trajectory of their career.

During this workshop, we will cover the six core principles of influence. We will then move on to learn and apply the six sources of influence. We will discuss the psychology of why people say yes and how to apply these insights ethically in business and everyday setting. We will help people to become more skilled persuaders, and just as importantly, help people learn how to defend themselves against unethical influence attempts.
